What is your Returns Policy?

This section describes the returns process for customers who purchased their product from www.denmanbrush.com only.  Other retailors have their own policies about when you can return an item.  If you purchased your brush elsewhere, please contact that retailer directly.

Our returns policy enhances your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.  If we are unable to locate your order, proof of purchase must be provided.  In most cases we will ask you to send us a photograph of the item you wish to return - we will be able to process your return more quickly if you send this with your request.

Missing or incorrect Items
If you have been sent the wrong item or if there are items missing from your parcel you must let us know within 14 days of delivery.  Please contact us using our online chat or by emailing customerservice@denmanbrush.com.

Returning Unused Products
If you have changed your mind about a product after you have received it, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 90 days.  We've designed our packaging so that you can touch and feel the bristles and make sure that you are happy with your purchase before you open its packaging.

Items returned under our 90 day guarantee must still be new and in a sellable condition, that means that they are unused and in original, undamaged packaging.  A repackaging fee will be deducted from any refund for items that are returned out of its packaging or if the packaging is damaged.  Please note that shipping is non-refundable and we do not provide returns labels or reimburse the cost of returning an unwanted item.

We're on a mission to help you feel brilliant about your hair and we want to make sure that you LOVE your new Denman!  That's why we've created our Love Your Brush Guarantee!

If it turns out that the brush you picked isn't for you, our hair experts are standing by to help you find the perfect brush.  We'll exchange the brush you've used within 30 days - just drop us a note and return it to us.  Our hair experts will issue you with a credit equal its original price, excluding shipping, that you can use to purchase a new brush on our website!

12 Month No Quibbles Guarantee
All of the items we sell are backed up with a 12 month, no quibbles guarantee.  If your brush develops a fault within 12 months of the purchase date we'll repair or replace the faulty item or component free of charge.  Start a conversation with our customer service team for more information about our guarantee or for help with a faulty item.

Promotional Items
