Orders are shipped using Royal Mail's 48 Hour Tracked service within the UK.
International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked, these orders are tracked to the destination then the local postal service will deliver your parcel.
When we dispatch your order you will receive a notification which contains a tracking link that you can use to follow your parcels journey.
If you gave us your telephone number when you placed your order you will also receive updates via SMS text message.
Customers can avail of free shipping to most UK & Northern Ireland addresses when they spend £15 or more after all discounts have been applied.
Otherwise our delivery costs are a flat rate based on your delivery address as noted below.
