Can I update / cancel my order

Updating an address
To prevent fraud we are not able to make significant changes to the shipping or billing address.  If you have used an incorrect address, please cancel and re-order your items.
Our stock team pick, pack, and ship orders very quickly so it is not always possible to change or cancel orders once they have been placed.
To make a minor amendment to your shipping address please check the status of your order using the order look-up on our web-chat feature in the bottom right hand corner of your screen - orders that have been dispatched cannot be amended or cancelled.
If your order has not been dispatched and you need a minor amendment to the shipping address please send us a message with your request, including as much information as possible.  We will try our best to intercept your order but please note that this is not always possible.

Cancelling your order
Please check the status of your order using the order look-up on our web-chat feature in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.  Orders that have been dispatched cannot be amended or cancelled.  If your order has not been dispatched please send us a message with your cancellation request.  We will try our best to intercept your order but this is not always possible.
If you no longer require your items but the order has already been dispatched, please refuse the delivery, or write “return to sender” on the box and drop it off at your local post office.

Placing an order by telephone
It's always great to talk to our customers but unfortunately we cannot take your order over the telephone.
