Updating an Address

We understand mistakes happen, and we’ll do our best to help. For security reasons, we’re unable to make major changes to your shipping or billing address. If the address is incorrect, the quickest solution is to cancel and place a new order.

Our stock team works hard to pick, pack, and ship orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible once your order is confirmed.
If you need to make a small adjustment to your shipping address, please check your order status using the order look-up on our web-chat feature (bottom right corner of your screen). Orders that have already been dispatched can’t be amended or cancelled.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched and you need a minor change, send us a message with the details. Include as much information as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to intercept your order—though we can’t guarantee success.

Cancelling Your Order
Before requesting a cancellation, please check your order status using the order look-up on our web-chat feature. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, send us a message with your cancellation request, and we’ll try our best to stop it.

If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer need the items, you can refuse delivery or write “Return to Sender” on the box and drop it off at your local post office. We’ll take care of the rest.

Placing an Order by Telephone
We love hearing from our customers, but unfortunately, we can’t take orders over the phone.
